These sessions are interactive, conversational and are an invitation to expand your sense of personal empowerment and sovereignty.

Therefore, it is NOT a passive experience where you just sit and listen to what’s shared.

By staying open and trusting of the process, by bringing your specific questions to the session and allowing it to flow, you will have a positive experience.

You are always in the driver’s seat and always have free will as to what you apply from what’s shared into your life and business and to check for resonance. Some insights may feel like a stretch and that’s fine. Seeds are being planted. :)

A reading is best designed to identify and to prioritize your immediate next steps in embodying more love in one area, not to cover everything under the sun. While I’m as thorough as I can be, time goes by quickly and there’s only so much that we can get through in one session. 

If you want to ensure that I address specific questions in the reading, please clarify what they are to me at the start of the session so I will make sure to prioritize them. 

If we don’t get to everything in your session, we can discuss booking another session or a program that’s best suited for your overall needs. 

The Akashic Records is an energetic space of Truth and Love where I connect to your soul guides. 

The purpose of the session is to illuminate the most optimal path available right now that feels deeply nourishing, grounded and abundant. 

Feel free to have pen and paper handy if you’re a note-taker, although the session will be recorded and the replay provided to you within 48 hours. 

I access your Akashic Records first with your permission and then by saying a sacred prayer.  I then connect with your soul guides (aka your Record Keepers). 

I often tell people that once I am in your Akashic Records and connected to your soul guides, I’m given direct information for your highest good.  More specifically, I either see, hear and feel what your guides are sharing with me. 

My dominant way of receiving information is through clairaudience where I hear everything your guides are saying in my ears and translate it verbatim to you (think simultaneous translation).  That audio information is often supplemented with some images, with feelings and a clear knowing.  

So you’ll often hear me say:  
“I’m hearing x or being told x.”  if I’m hearing something 
“The guides are showing me this image.” if I’m shown a visual image 
“I am feeling Z” or  if there’s an emotion attached to their description 
“I know this to be true.”  if there’s a sense of knowing. 

My job is to be as clear of a channel as possible without my human interference. And at times, for context, I’m also asked to share a story from my life experience to help bring a point home. 

Be in a good physical state 

• Get a good night’s rest (no all-nighters or going to bed really late). 

• Eat at least 2 hours prior to the reading & stay hydrated 
• Do NOT drink alcohol or take any mood altering drugs 24 hours prior to your session. It will lower your vibration and affect the flow of information that comes through 

Get emotionally grounded 

• Take some time the night before to relax, meditate and get centered. Be intentional and deliberate about the experience you desire to create.   

• Be present: It is natural for you to feel a little nervous. Please trust that it is normal and that as soon as the Session gets underway, it will pass. 
• Be in a quiet, uninterrupted space for your Session. 

The power is in how you formulate your questions 

• Get clear on what you DESIRE and formulate your questions from that place. 

• Write down 3-5 key questions you want support around in your area of focus. Formulate your questions as clearly + specifically as possible and based on your desired outcome. 

• Ask me for help to formulate questions during the Session if you’re unsure how to do it.  

• Note: I do NOT need to see your questions ahead of time. Just keep your list of questions handy so you don’t forget them during your Session.

• The information may trigger you. Guidance is shared in the spirit of Love and Truth. And sometimes the Truth is challenging to hear. If this happens, stay open and ask for support from me. Trust that what is shared is for your highest good and has a purpose. 

• You control how much information you receive by how ready you are to hear the information. Think of it like turning a hose on/off; it’s a co-creation process. Everyone’s energy is different. If you’re ready to hear it, it will be shared. If not, it won’t. Trust this. 

• You may be asked questions. Think of it as spiritual coaching. This is normal. Be open to answering the questions as they’re designed to support you. 

• Reserve at least 30 minutes after your Reading to integrate the information: You may feel tired or energized after your Reading. Reserve some time right afterwards for you to assimilate the information. 

• Open your soul to the transmutation of the energy of the Reading. It is as powerful as the content itself you receive.

• Manage your expectations: If you’re looking for a magic pill to solve all of your relationship or leadership problems then this is not the right experience for you. 

• How a Reading can help you: A Reading is designed to give you guidance and direction in aligning you with love whether that is in relationship with yourself, a partner, your soul’s purpose. It is here to support you in learning the soul lessons you are here to learn. 

• 100% responsibility: You are responsible for your success and for how you to choose to integrate this information into your business and into your life. 

• Manage your energy: If you stay open and trusting and follow the guidelines mentioned above, you will have a rewarding experience.
