Learn from the Masters of Frequency Healing

Channeled message from the Arcturians

I come from Arcturus. We join you in honor and gratitude of communing with you - to rest in the camaraderie that we have together. There are not many humans we speak with through verbally. And it is always a pleasure to challenge ourselves, to communicate in such a way as we calibrate to your energies.

We seek to do so, in order to assist you to bring our frequencies in harmony and to call yours forward to meet us - to energize, to uphold the structures within you that support your development.  And to bring additional codes and holographic symbols, glyphs to your field. To unlock the divine gifts that are held within for each one of you. These are customized. They differ according to your purpose and your needs and your intentions.

So you may weigh in at this time and offer any intention for which you wish to receive assistance - whether that is for healing, for integration, for inspiration, for progress along your path. All these are relevant topics in which we can assist you in our world.

We are masters of frequency healing. It is our desire and role to bring those frequencies to your earth as we are able to. This is the primary way in which we seek to influence your development. We obviously seek your permission, and do so only with your free will and conscious choice. As with all energies, you are sovereign. You always have the role of master with them. You may always choose to adapt, direct, transmute, transform them. As you become more familiar with your capability in doing so, you'll feel greater mastery in your own lives because you will not be at the mercy of others’ energies.

So, continue to practice attuning to the energies around you, differentiating between those that are yours and others. Do this to set clear boundaries to maintain your vibration from a place of neutrality, compassion and love.  This  will serve you all well. This can be done within the confines of your own home, as you walk through the world, over a phone call -- in so many settings. This is available to you to practice your mastery of frequency, as directors, healers, and or transmuters --whatever it is you wish to play as a role with the frequencies around you.

We're here only to assure you that you have the sovereignty to do so, the capability at your fingertips. And that there is nothing keeping you from the mastery of creating those frequencies in your life that you seek to enrich and fulfill your own hearts.

It is truly a gift to learn to do this. For once you mastered the capability to bring in a frequency, call it forward and integrate it within your own system. Then that acts as an attractor for other frequencies that are the same.

This allows you to more rapidly manifest what you seek and bring greater healing to others. Because you can show up with the mastery of the code of compassion, the frequency of peace - whatever it is you wish to bring to that ‘equation’ or situation.

So, begin to know yourselves as masters of frequency by sheer practice in your own lives. This is a key dimension of your progress to allow you to exceed those expectations you have held for your own path and to master the things that are currently within reach, that are troubling you.

For example, we ask you to reach out and identify a single frequency that you would like to feel in this moment. Let us practice this.

• Take a moment to name it.
• Invite it as you would an actual human in the flesh into your space. To sit down with you, to commune with you, to be one with you. All these frequencies are like a spiritual being that you have invited into your home.
• So, imagine the door being opened and the emanation of this quality or frequency as we have called it, coming through the door and sitting next to you.
• Begin to feel the presence of this frequency. What does it do to your system? How do you recognize that it is present?
• Welcome it with open arms, offering it your trust.
• Open your field to receive it, as you would imagine harmonizing with another being might look on the ethereal level.
• Let yourselves become one and invite it fully to penetrate your physical body, the cellular systems, all of you.
• Breathe it in.
• Offer your gratitude and invite it to stay if you wish.

For this is its purpose, to be manifest in your world, to do its mission and with consciousness. You may share this frequency with others as well. You may emanate it out in your field, invite it to reach those around you and settle into the blessings of its presence.

Your love for receiving this frequency will act as a radiant retractor beam, pulling in other frequencies that are alike. That is how this works. Like attracts like. So let it grow and multiply whatever it is you have chosen and relax into this expression of source oneness that is our shared teaching with you today.
